We only ask for what we need to deliver your order and to help you after it. Here is what that means.

What we collect

When you place an order, we ask for:

Your full name
Your phone number
Your wilaya, commune and delivery address, or the pickup agency you choose
The products you order and any note you add

We never ask for card details or any payment information: you pay in cash on delivery.

Why we use it

To call you and confirm your order
To deliver your order to you
To answer your questions and help you after delivery

We do not use it for anything else, and we never sell it.

Who sees it

Only our team, and the delivery company that brings you the parcel. The delivery company receives your name, phone number and address, nothing more.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to handle your order and support you, and for our accounting records.

Your rights

Under Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of personal data, you can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it.
